Stephanie is the veteran, the longest serving employee of L. Kianoff after Lisa, here since December 1996. She has made a career of supporting our internal team so they can be more effective supporting our clients. She is the consummate client advocate in her role as the main point of contact for clients who use our Microsoft products. It is Stephanie’s responsibility to remove the barriers that stop a process; she is the facilitator or “mission guide” who gets answers for clients by coordinating with the right consultants, the many sides of Microsoft and other resources to assure we are delivering on our mission. She brings to the position considerable sleuthing skills and persistence so she is the ideal advocate for any Microsoft user in need of help or information.
