The power and capabilities of business management and accounting software systems is fueled by a technical side that designs and manages data integrations, ensures it all works on all the computers and lap tops, over networks and through remote communication. And, most importantly, that it can be safely shared so all players can be empowered. In this role, Ray oversees the technical services that touch a client’s business management systems. Ray directs development of our SharePoint services and web-based e-Shop that offers pre-written customized reports for unique needs. Ray is the project manager for work by our team that can be as specific as data imports, report writing, customizations and web integrations or as technical as installations, upgrades, service packs, networking, server configurations and disaster recovery plans. Ray, who ran his own software development company for 5 years, brings great insights and common sense approach to business planning and is then hands-on as project manager for implementation, training and support. He is a graduate of UAB with a BS in Management Information Systems.
