You start with the Chief
Strategist when you’re thinking about making changes in the operation of your
business. For the Sage family of business management and accounting systems, or
for customization or development projects, your guide is Mike Taylor. He started
working with the first version of MAS 90 when it came out in 1986 and since then
has helped hundreds of company owners and managers work through system
selection, design, set up, implementation and all levels of data migration. He
brings to the table multiple certifications, broad technical skills and
extensive experience in accounting and business management systems. In his role,
Mike is also project manager, taking the lead on Executive and System reviews
for clients and using his warehouse of knowledge to guide our team of
consultants who provide training, support, troubleshooting and report writing
services that should strengthen client performance. In addition, Mike is a
terrific resource for potential clients, reflecting the role and
responsibilities of the system implementation team so clients know what to
expect from a new system before making their investment.
