Mark brings more than two decades of senior financial accounting and systems experience to his role of consultant, backed by a degree in both accounting and Computer Science. For more than half of that time, Mark has focused on using the tools in Dynamics GP – and its predecessors – to meet the varied needs of different types of companies. His passion is helping companies solve complex business processes, designing the solutions and then guiding them through the implementation. Mark has been fortunate to have gained experience in all those areas by holding positions in both sales and support. With his return to Birmingham in 2009, he is able to pull together those skills to help clients with training, support and report writing along with higher level work flow processing and project management.
