You start with the Chief Strategist when you’re thinking about changes in the operation of your business or you need some guidance. For the Microsoft family of business management and accounting systems, your guide is Eric with his 2+ decades of experience in software sales and system design. His background is distribution and inventory but years of exposure to a broad range of industries have equipped him to walk into just about any business and identify ways to bring value and strengthen performance. Since joining L. Kianoff in 2001, Eric has worked with both new prospects and existing clients, and been hands in the design and integration of enterprise management systems for companies across Alabama and the Southeast. He serves as Project Manager for many new implementations and system expansions for clients and is the lead on helping us stay current on new technologies from Microsoft and related third parties. This helps assure that the solution we develop and help implement will meet or exceed client needs for new efficiencies and streamlined operations.
