She’s primary point of contact on your annual maintenance, subscription, and enhancement renewal plans, modules covered, 3^rd party add-ons and expirations. She invoices for those maintenance plans annually and your renewal assures that you continue to receive software updates and service packs to keep your system current. Dina also has primary responsibility for the monthly billing of consulting services and related reporting.
