If you call or visit L. Kianoff & Associates, it is likely that Bobbi will be the first person you’ll meet. She is a multi-tasking pro who takes on a broad range of responsibilities, from answering the phone and greeting visitors to ensuring all guests for training classes, seminars, interviews and tours are well cared for and welcomed. Bobbi brings considerable computer skills to her position and is quick to share her expertise and talents with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, as well as a lifetime of experience in office management and customer service.  Bobbi is responsible for all of L. Kianoff’s food and beverage needs and provides marketing support and administrative oversight of all out internal systems and office equipment, from phone systems and copiers to our database of client and prospect information.
