Software publishers Microsoft, Sage and related third party providers are
committed to continuous improvements and enhancements of the business
management, accounting and CRM systems you use. But they are also big
companies and sometimes you need someone to help navigate through their many
offerings. That’s where Becky comes in. She’s primary point of contact for
information on your annual maintenance, subscription, and enhancement
renewal plans, modules covered, 3rd party add-ons and
expirations. She invoices for those maintenance plans annually and your
renewal assures that you continue to receive software updates and service
packs to keep your system current.
Becky brings strong organizational skills and experience from the years in
office management and bookkeeping positions and, like many of our clients,
works against monthly deadlines. Becky also has primary responsibility for
billing of consulting services and reporting.
