Customization Services include
custom report writing in Crystal Reports, FRx Financial Reports, Report
Writer and Access, as well as customizing forms and screens, data
conversions, integrations, exports and other modifications.
Project Management Services
include strategy and planning meetings, work flow analysis and project
administration.
Services are billed by the hour
based per our Consulting Rates & Policies schedule.

Existing clients who are live on
their system and current on their Annual Enhancement or Maintenance Plan
with Microsoft or Sage (as applicable) are eligible to Pre-Pay for blocks of
L. Kianoff support services at discounts from 5% to 12%. Contact your
