Executive Review

Purpose
The purpose of an Executive Review is to provide a
comprehensive system review, to examine the operational flow of work in the

An Executive Review contains all of the following: a
corporate overview, an in-depth assessment of the accounting and business
management system, steps to improve operations with assessment of time and
training requirements and a summary of the review. Together with the
